Fred and the Land Mark Team,
First, the space looks fantastic. The infrastructure is tight and the lights turned on! We’ve never worked so closely with a sub-contractor while still respecting the management protocol of Architect to General Contractor to Sub-Contractor. You all are the field experts and we appreciate every opportunity to exchange ideas and gain from your wisdom and experience. It makes our workflow better, our detailing more thoughtful, and the end product successful for all. It’s fruitful for us when we can have candid conversations with the field teams – engage in collective problem solving – without violating your responsibility of means and methods and our responsibility to stay out of the way. Of course, all the basic techniques we look for were provided by your team with ease; tight grouping, equidistant bending of conduit, no-cross over, etcetera. Furthermore, your top team always came prepared to coordination meetings with a precise agenda in mind. Your professionalism and candor moved things along swiftly. We witnessed a mutual respect shared among your whole team, whether apprentice or journeyman and the same goes for the other trades you all had to work with. It’s humbling and admirable. Cheers Fred! Good times and looking forward to working with Landmark in the future.

I just wanted to let you guys know how great Land Mark Electric has been for us on Otis College. They are hands down our best sub and have exceeded all expectations in the field and in their office. The senior electrical inspector with LADBS, who is a friend of our foreman Ben Gonzalez, just came to the site to sign off a critical location in the building and provided an unsolicited monologue about how much he and all the other LADBS inspectors enjoy working with Land Mark. He stated that they are the best shop they work with and have so much faith in what they do and how they run their projects that he feels like they don’t need to come out and inspect their work.
Land Mark Electric continues to exceed our client’s expectations by maintaining our leadership in new technologies, training, and certifications within the electrical industry. To this end Land Mark Electric is now a CALCTP Certified Installer Contractor.
What this means for our clients is faster certification and approval of their lighting control systems. This is usually the hold up in obtaining final inspection from AHJ, but this is no longer the case. LME has a staff of CALCTP- Certified Technicians and Electricians to test and certify our projects immediately after programming, providing our customers with one less roadblock in closing out their projects.
