Design build high end development set atop a hill overlooking Westlake village. Project included indirect lighting throughout open ceilings and architectural features. Wolcott designed. Constructed in concert with Sierra Pacific Constructors. 45,000 sq feet. Includes tele conferencing server room and UPS backup system.
