West Coast University put extensive thought into the renovation of their Los Angeles campus. Their philosophy on the remodel was, “Our buildings – just like every other aspect of the University – must support, promote and encourage student success and academic excellence”. Land Mark Electric’s team helped WCU attain their objective of creating well-lit airy spaces, ideally suited for studies. Land Mark Electric assisted in incorporating the latest technology in remote access, web-based instruction and teleconferencing to WCU’s updated campus. This facility has since become a neighborhood icon, replete with classic academic institution elements; including a clock tower, flagpoles and visually distinctive lighting, that thanks to the facility-wide emergency generator Land Mark Electric installed, will remain lit even in the event of a total black-out.
