Land Mark Electric’s pre-construction department, in tandem with our estimating and purchasing departments, are available to assist in design needs for your project.
Our department works with the architects and engineers to design and develop a set of documents suitable for a guaranteed maximum price. Detailed preliminary budget and schedule are developed and presented. Revisions can be monitored and adjusted as the design intent becomes clearer.
We consult and work closely with your company in selecting those subcontractors and vendors, which present the best product, quality, service and performance.
As acceptable manufacturers, vendors and subcontractors are selected, we help finalize and expedite requests for proposals of various major equipment items. Land Mark Electric’s outstanding vendor relationships allow more expeditious procurement opportunities of the proper material and equipment.
We meet with appropriate agencies of utility companies (power and telephone) in arranging permanent and temporary services. Particular attention is always paid to permitting and inspection processes.
