The Californian on Wilshire is a twenty -three story high rise condominium with three level subterranean parking garage. Land Mark Electric’s design build team took on the challenge of this incredibly complicated building which includes an elaborate two story lobby and seventy-four uniquely customized luxury suites, each engineered to the customers’ design. Many suites were equipped with dimming and electronic shade controls, fiber optic lighting, high-end cooking equipment, spa tubs, steam showers and array of other power hungry accouterments of which were incorporated into the design engineering during the course of the project.
